Theatre Reviews

This one-man show written and performed by Rob Gee takes place in a dementia ward. Gee plays a retired detective in search of the real story to know how his wife, a patient, came to fall and die. Unfortunately, he is also just starting to suffer from the same disease himself, which complicates his detective work. Forget Me Not is an interesting whodunit story that also shines a light on the difficulty of struggling with Alzheimer’s, the disregard shown to those living with the disease and the complications of having a understaffed health care system. An interesting show that is worth the trip out to the Forks.
