CRUMBS sells out Venue 14 – The King’s Head
It’s
hard to believe, but this is Crumbs’ tenth Fringe. It seems like it was
only yesterday when three quirky guys set out to bring long form improv back to The audience was in stitches as Steve Sim
and Lee White move from improvised scene to scene; a depressed teenager
making a suicide pact with a Quasimodo like character that is enslaved in aisle 13 at the local Safeway, two brother feuding
over the family farm, a playboy forced to perform interpretive dance to woo
the only womyn, a belly dancer, that could make him
settle down, plus a rowdy drunk in the audience. In other words, Crumbs is still
as hilarious and quick witted as ever and they continue to be an enjoyable
Fringe show. - Cindy Murdoch UMFM |
