FREE-DUMB

Venue 7 – The Conservatory

It really is hard to find good sketch comedy at the Fringe these days.  In past years, we’ve been blessed with some great sketch comedy troupes; but, more recently, the quality has been lacking. FREE-DUMB is not horrible, but not great either.  The performances are alright, though I felt Shandroski to be a little shaky.  But the sketches just aren’t that funny, well, unless you are friends of the performers (as was a third of the sold out audience was) in which case everything is hilarious.  This is a mediocre show at a Fringe that offers far better shows, so you might want to pass on this one.
